Sanctuary Experience is your longer, immersive treatment, offering over two hours of unhurried, restorative care for body, mind, and nervous system.
From the moment you arrive, the pace slows and the atmosphere softens. Your treatment begins with a gentle, flowing full-body massage, moving across shoulders, back, arms, legs, and torso. Every touch is intentional, designed to soothe body and mind and help you settle and restore your nervous system.
Warm basalt stones are used providing comforting heat that enhances relaxation and encourages grounding. A restorative facial is woven seamlessly into the experience—cleansing, exfoliating, masking, and moisturising with plant-based, cruelty-free products—soothing your skin while preserving the calm.
The session concludes with a slow, restorative face, neck, and head massage, releasing any remaining tension and leaving you deeply settled. Finally, you are given a quiet moment to rest, hydrate, and absorb the benefits before stepping back into your day—calm, centred, and renewed.

Sanctuary Restore is a shorter, restorative treatment designed for women who need a gentle pause to reset and unwind.
The treatment focuses on the areas that hold the weight of daily life—your back, neck, shoulders, head, and scalp. Gentle, flowing movements help you soothe body and mind and gently unwind, while warmth and quiet support nervous system relaxation.
After your treatment, you are given a moment to enjoy a warming foot soak and a comforting drink, allowing the restorative effects to settle fully. Sanctuary Restore is perfect for when you need a reset, not a deep treatment, leaving you lighter, calmer, and more balanced.
