An unhurried upper body treatment using heated basalt stones to ease stress and restore calm. The pace is slow and soothing, focusing entirely on your back, neck, shoulders, head and scalp where you carry the weight of daily life.
This is not deep tissue work. It is gentle, restorative and deeply relaxing, designed to settle your nervous system and help you feel grounded and renewed.
After your treatment, you will ease back into the world with a warming foot soak followed by heated booties while wrapped in a fluffy robe, sipping a drink with a chocolate treat.

Pregnancy Massage
Your body is working hard right now. This gentle, nurturing pregnancy massage is designed to help you rest, ease muscular tension that builds through pregnancy, and simply be looked after for a while.
Delivered in a comfortable side-lying position with full pillow support, this full body massage works across your back, hips, shoulders, legs and feet. As your body adapts to support new weight and changes in posture, the muscles of the lower back, hips and legs carry a significant load. The massage works carefully and attentively through these areas, with gentle stretches to ease the places under the most strain, helping your body feel more settled and at ease. The pace is slow throughout, the environment is quiet, and your therapist is present with you the whole time so you can let go completely.
Afterwards, you will be settled with a drink of your choice and a short foot massage to close, before easing back into the world feeling cared for and restored.

It begins with a full body hot stone massage using heated basalt stones, including the soles of your feet. A restorative facial follows. Your skin is cleansed, exfoliated, masked, toned and moisturised with plant-based, scientifically advanced formulations. Within the facial sits a slow, considered facial massage, releasing the tension held in the small muscles of the face and jaw where so much daily strain quietly gathers. The experience finishes with neck, head and scalp massage to release the tension that builds there.
The pace is slow. Every stage is designed to help you feel settled, balanced and renewed. One therapist, fully focused on you. No shared spaces, no clock-watching, no expectation of conversation.
