You have just done something incredible. This restorative massage is designed to give you real relaxation, relieving the aches and tension that build through the birthing process and the demands of caring for a newborn. It's simply your time to be looked after for a while. This full body massage is delivered in a comfortable side-lying position with full pillow support, working across your back, hips, shoulders, arms and feet. Afterwards, you will be settled into the chair with a drink of your choice and a short foot massage to close, before you ease back into the world feeling restored and cared for. One therapist, one client, complete privacy throughout. All products used are vegan and never tested on animals. Suitable from 8 weeks after a natural birth, or 12 weeks after a caesarean birth.
