The website of Run Fit Fordingbridge (RFF) is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides RFF with the online platform that allows you to book services and courses. Your data may be stored through Wix.com's data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by RFF adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Some of our booking forms — for example, sports massage, Sanctuary services, and our pre-exercise questionnaire for membership clients — ask for health-related information, such as injuries, medical conditions, or pregnancy stage. We only collect this with your explicit consent at the time of booking, and only use it to provide you with safe and appropriate treatment or coaching.

This information is shared only with RFF instructors and practitioners directly involved in delivering your class or treatment, where relevant to your safety. We do not share this information with any other third party. We retain it for as long as you remain an active client, and for 7 years afterwards in line with our professional and insurance record-keeping requirements, after which it is deleted.

We use cookies on our website to enable site functionality and to understand how visitors use our services. You can choose to accept or decline cookies via the banner shown when you visit the site or manage your preferences through your browser settings.

Emails will be sent via the Wix online platform and so the above data storage arrangements will apply.
