My running course groups explore the scenic trails around the New Forest, providing a refreshing backdrop for your fitness journey.

Additionally, I have my own studio where you can book massage appointments,  receive one-on-one run coaching, and participate in a diverse range of classes including HIIT,  Indoor Cycling, Strength & Conditioning, Boxercise, Yoga and Purestretch - Core, stretch & flexibility.
