Absolutely! I coach women of any age, ability and fitness background. I believe in appropriate progression with training programs that fit your life and current fitness level. If you're starting from 10K readiness, we'll build up safely and realistically over time.
If you are a complete beginner - I also run beginner training courses throughout the year and focus heavily on proper technique and injury prevention so you can enjoy your running journey.
Injury prevention is a core focus of my coaching approach. I emphasize good technique and training habits, including zone 2 training to build your aerobic base safely. I provide guidance on proper form, appropriate progression that doesn't push too hard too fast, and help you develop training programs that challenge you appropriately while being achievable within your lifestyle. I also offer nutritional guidance and help build mental resilience for your running journey.
I focus on building a supportive relationship based on your individual goals rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. My coaching includes plant-rich nutrition guidance, training programs designed to fit into your real life, and building psychological resilience for when things don't go to plan. Yes! Alongside personalized training plans, I offer group opportunities throughout the year including women's run training courses from beginner to half marathon distance, running skills clinics to improve technique, small group training runs for monthly members, and technique workshops. This gives you the best of both worlds - personalized coaching plus the motivation and community of training with other women.
