Whether you're new to fitness, returning after a break, or looking to take your training and fitness to the next level, my boutique studio offers personalised attention in every session. With small group classes (maximum 7 people – and some smaller) and a welcoming and inclusive environment, I meet you exactly where you are in your fitness journey.

My training approach
At Run Fit Fordingbridge, I believe in quality over quantity. Every workout is delivered by a coach in my private, clean studio environment. I create a supportive community where women encourage each other to achieve their personal goals.

Experience coached sessions with a maximum of 7 in every class (some ensuring personalised attention and proper form guidance. My classes include HIIT, Sweat & Condition, Turn & Burn Indoor Cycling, Yoga, Pilates, and Purestretch.
I provide specialised endurance coaching for women of any age and ability - from half marathon to ultra-marathon distances and multi day events. I also run a number of women’s beginners running courses throughout the year.
My FitStart and KickStart programs offer semi private training (maximum 4 people) designed specifically for those new to fitness or wanting to build confidence with weights and technique.
