As you'll know from my about me page, I came to running really late in life and really didn't enjoy it at first. Now I run all distances including ultramarathons and I'm an England Athletics Endurance Event Coach. I understand what it's like to take on your first big distance challenge on your own.

One-to-One Run Coaching
I work with women training for endurance running events - starting from half marathon distance and beyond. This includes marathons, ultra marathons, trail running, and multi-day events. Mostly with women who are taking on these types of challenges for the first time.

My approach as a women's running coach builds a supportive relationship based on your goals.
I create training programs for you that fit into your life, focus on good technique and habits to avoid injury, plus build the psychological resilience you need when when tacking distance or when things don't go to plan.
Nutrition guidance emphasizes plant-rich eating with real food and good habits that support your training.

For longer distances and multi-day events, I also help with the planning and preparation these events require — something I'm experienced in from my own trail running and ultra marathons. This includes working out what kit you need, managing nutrition for multi-day events, pacing strategies, and the mental preparation needed for endurance challenges.
The aim is the right amount of progression and challenge, maintaining balance, whilst having fun along the way.

Small Group Training and Women's Beginners Running Courses
Throughout the year I run small group run training courses for women in and around Fordingbridge and the New Forest — from beginners, to building up to half marathon distance. I also run running skills clinics that focus on specific techniques to help improve your running and avoid injuries.
