Studio Classes
I run a number of coached, small group classes throughout the week all from the Run Fit Fordingbridge studio in Breamore. With a maximum of 7 in every class (some are 6) you are guaranteed personalised attention and support.
The studio works on a monthly membership basis only, however you can buy a block of taster classes so you can experience the studio and environment first.
For those new to fitness or returning after a break, our FitStart and KickStart programs offers a supportive entry point with specialized sessions in a much smaller group size (maximum 4). These programs runs over 6 weeks, with weekly sessions designed to build confidence, establish foundational strength and routine before joining regular classes.

HIIT
his is your classic, HIIT class but designed for women — and it delivers. Short bursts of work at 80–95% effort, paired with true recovery periods in between, so you can hit each interval with real intensity. You'll push through dynamic combinations of body weight moves, weighted exercises, and higher-impact options, all designed to challenge your cardiovascular fitness and keep your body adapting — giving you the stimulus your body needs to improve heart health, preserve lean muscle, and boost your metabolic fitness, without spending hours in the gym. Grounded in the science of women's physiology and Dr. Stacy Sims' research, this class is designed to work with your body, not against it. HIIT - ADAPT
HIT ADAPT is smart HIIT training designed specifically for women's physiology. Based on the research of Dr. Stacy Sims, leading expert in female physiology, this class uses short bursts of maximum effort (scaled to your personal intensity level) followed by longer recovery periods. HIT ADAPT focuses on quality over quantity, allowing your body to adapt and thrive rather than just survive. The result? Better cortisol management, improved insulin sensitivity, enhanced brain function, stronger cardiovascular health, and improved body composition. Suitable for all fitness abilities and low-impact.
Sweat & Condition & Sweat & Condition Runners Edition
Sweat & Condition provides a dynamic, full-body workout designed to improve strength, muscle condition, and metabolic health. Using a circuit-based format, this metabolic conditioning (met con) class allows you to work at your own pace, making it suitable for all fitness levels. Whether you're just starting your fitness journey or looking to challenge yourself further, you'll find the right level of intensity here. There is even a dedicated Sweat & Condition runners edition designed specifically to support those of you who run with that targeted strength work you need.
Turn and Burn - Indoor Cycling
Turn & Burn is a low-impact, high-reward indoor cycling session designed to build cardiovascular fitness, improve aerobic capacity, and help you get fitter, stronger, and more energised.
Using heart-rate training zones, each session delivers structured intervals that boost your endurance, power, and overall conditioning without the impact stresses of running or high-impact workouts. It is also an excellent option for supporting body composition goals and improving everyday fitness.
You control the resistance, making this class suitable for all fitness levels—from beginners to seasoned exercisers looking for an effective, motivating cardio workout.
Turn & Burn – Indoor Cycling (Runners’ Edition)
Supercharge your running with Turn & Burn. Using heart-rate training zones, this indoor cycling session is designed to boost your lactate threshold, build aerobic power, and improve VO₂ max — all of which translate directly into stronger, more efficient running.
Each class follows structured intervals that mirror running-specific training intensities, helping you increase speed, build endurance, and improve overall fitness.
You control the resistance throughout, making the session suitable for all fitness levels while still providing meaningful progression for more experienced runners.
Purestretch - Core, Stretch and Flexibility
Perfect to work on your mobility and flexibility whilst improving your core strength. Purestretch involves stretch and core strengthening exercises incorporating aspects of Yoga and Pilates - with a bit of fun thrown in!
This is a very effective class and you don't need to be flexible to join - that's what the class is designed to help you with.
Pilates - Intermediate Level
Build on your foundation with this challenging yet very accessible Pilates class. This class is designed for those with some experience who want to develop deeper core strength, improve flexibility, and enhance body awareness through flowing sequences and precise movements. Expect to work on more complex exercises that challenge your core, stability, coordination, while maintaining proper form and alignment. This focused class may use Pilates equipment including bands, rings, blocks and weights to enhance your workout and take your strength and control to the next level.
