HIIT & Run outdoor fitness at Tenantry Farm
These sessions are designed for women to help build running fitness, core strength and muscular strength and endurance, but will benefit all ladies who are looking to improve their fitness. They are suitable for complete beginners as well as those who are further along with their fitness and running journey.
We use a variety of equipment which keeps the classes interesting and varies the muscles that you use.
All sessions are run in line with current Covid19 Government guidance.
