Studio Classes

I run a number of classes throughout the week all from the Run Fit Fordingbridge studio in Breamore.

Class sizes are small - with a maximum of 7 for the majority of classes so you are guaranteed personalized attention - and work on a pre book basis, all of which you can do online 24hours a day.

Taster classes cost £8 and then after that you have the option to buy blocks of 5 or 8 PAYG classes or do a monthly class subscription.  PAYG blocks start from £40 and monthly subscriptions which offer the best value for money start at £31 per month.

Please note that due to high class demand taster classes are not currently valid for HIIT, Yoga & Boxercise, but if you can still book into these classes if you have a subscription or have purchased blocks of classes.

HIIT

A fast moving circuit based class which uses body weight and a variety of equipment and has fantastic music to help keep you motivated as you move around. Each class has a different focus but will help you to get fitter and stronger.

Monday's - 5:15pm (mixed) - 6:30pm (ladies only),

Friday mornings -8am & 9:15am (mixed), Friday evenings - fortnightly 5:45pm - (mixed class)

Boxercise Circuits

A fun, stress busting, full body cardio workout that is lots of fun but will get you working. No class will involve sparring or hitting an opponent - we use punchbags instead, plus there's some fabulous music. Suitable for ladies of all fitness levels.

Wednesday's - 7pm (ladies only)

Sweat & Condition

This circuit style class provides a total body workout to build strength and improve muscle condition without building bulk. It combines bodyweight and weighted strength exercises which target all muscles.

Tuesday morning's - 9:45am & 11am (mixed)

Wednesday evening - 5:45pm (ladies only)

Hatha Yoga

These classes will include breath-work practices (pranayama), mindful movement within yoga poses (asana) and finishes with a deep relaxation to allow a deeper connection between body and mind.

Monday evening's - 7:30pm - (Ladies only)

Turn and Burn - Indoor Cycling

Get ready to ignite your fitness journey with “Turn and Burn” indoor cycling class! Designed to push your limits and torch calories, Turn and Burn is more than just a workout - it's an exciting class that will leave you feeling invigorated, accomplished, and sweaty!!

Suitable for All Levels: Whether you're a seasoned cyclist or “spinner” or new to indoor cycling, Turn & Burn is designed to accommodate all fitness levels. You control the resistance, making it easy to tailor the workout to your own pace.

Tuesday 8am & Wednesday - 4:30pm (mixed)

Saturday - 10:30am (mixed)

Pilates

Pilates is designed to help you strengthen key muscle groups, especially the core, while simultaneously improving flexibility and mobility, all achieved through a focus on controlled movements.

Saturday's - 12:45pm - (mixed)
