Studio Classes
I run a number of coached, small group classes throughout the week all from the Run Fit Fordingbridge studio in Breamore. With a maximum of 7 in every class (some are 6) you are guaranteed personalised attention and support.
The studio works on a monthly membership basis only, however you can buy a block of taster classes so you can experience the studio and environment first.
For those new to fitness or returning after a break, our FitStart and KickStart programs offers a supportive entry point with specialized sessions in a much smaller group size (maximum 4). These programs runs over 6 weeks, with weekly sessions designed to build confidence, establish foundational strength and routine before joining regular classes.

HIIT - ADAPT

Sweat & Condition & Sweat & Condition Runners Edition
Sweat & Condition provides a dynamic, full-body workout designed to improve strength, muscle condition, and metabolic health. Using a circuit-based format, this metabolic conditioning (met con) class allows you to work at your own pace, making it suitable for all fitness levels. Whether you're just starting your fitness journey or looking to challenge yourself further, you'll find the right level of intensity here. There is even a dedicated Sweat & Condition runners edition designed specifically to support those of you who run with that targeted strength work you need.
Hatha Yoga
These classes will include breath-work practices (pranayama), mindful movement within yoga poses (asana) and finishes with a deep relaxation to allow a deeper connection between body and mind.
Turn and Burn - Indoor Cycling
Supercharge your running with Turn & Burn! Using heart rate training zones, you'll boost your lactate threshold, build aerobic power, and improve your VO2 max - all translating directly to stronger running performance.
Each session delivers structured sessions that mirror running training intensities, helping you improve your speed, endurance and become fitter. Its also really beneficial for working on body composition and overall fitness.
You control the resistance, so this class is suitable for all fitness levels.

Purestretch - Core, Stretch and Flexibility
Perfect to work on your mobility and flexibility whilst improving your core strength. Purestretch involves stretch and core strengthening exercises incorporating aspects of Yoga and Pilates - with a bit of fun thrown in!
This is a very effective class and you don't need to be flexible to join - that's what the class is designed to help you with.
Pilates - Intermediate Level
Build on your foundation with this challenging yet very accessible Pilates class. This class is designed for those with some experience who want to develop deeper core strength, improve flexibility, and enhance body awareness through flowing sequences and precise movements. Expect to work on more complex exercises that challenge your core, stability, coordination, while maintaining proper form and alignment. This focused class may use Pilates equipment including bands, rings, blocks and weights to enhance your workout and take your strength and control to the next level.
