HIIT & Run outdoor fitness at Tenantry Farm, Rockbourne

These outdoor sessions are designed for women to help build their fitness, core strength and muscular strength and endurance. Classes are suitable for all abilities from beginners to those who are further along with their fitness journey. 

Classes are circuit style and use a variety of equipment including tyres, kettle bells, weights, skipping ropes, slam balls and bodyweight which keeps things interesting and varies the muscles that you use.

If you are worried about the weather on wet days we have a lovely barn to keep you dry.

Classes cost £30 for 5 or £55 for 10 and you can book into any class of your choice with no commitment to attend every week if you are not able to. Contact me if you would like to try a class for free to see if its for you.

Group Classes not for you? 1:1 Personal Training sessions are also available starting from just over £25 per 1hr session when booking a block of 10.
