Studio Classes

I run a number of classes throughout the week all from the Run Fit Fordingbridge studio in Breamore.

Class sizes are small - with a maximum of 7 for the majority of classes so you are guaranteed personalized attention - and work on a pre book basis, all of which you can do online 24hours a day.

Taster classes cost £9.25 and then after that you have the option to buy blocks of PAYG classes or have a monthly class subscription.  To find out more about the options available then visit this link .

HIIT

A dynamic, high-intensity workout that challenges your entire body. Each session offers a unique focus, delivering rapid results in cardiovascular endurance, muscle tone, and overall physical performance. Push your limits, improve your body composition, and achieve your fitness goals in this ever-changing, results-driven workout.

All classes are mixed except for Mondays at 6:30pm.

Boxercise (Met con circuits)

This Boxercise metabolic conditioning class is designed for women of all ages and fitness levels. The workout follows an interval format where you will do boxing on a free-standing punch bag and varied exercises (bodyweight, weighted, and/or cardio). The combination of punching techniques and diverse exercises ensures a full-body workout that burns calories, improves endurance, overall conditioning and relieves stress. Whether you're a beginner or experienced, this class offers a fun, challenging, and empowering fitness experience.

Wednesday's - Ladies only

Sweat & Condition

Sweat & Condition provides a dynamic, full-body workout designed to improve strength, muscle condition, and metabolic health. Using a circuit-based format, this metabolic conditioning (met con) class allows you to work at your own pace, making it suitable for all fitness levels. Whether you're just starting your fitness journey or looking to challenge yourself further, you'll find the right level of intensity here.

Different days of the week. All classes are mixed except for Wednesday's at 5:45pm

Hatha Yoga

These classes will include breath-work practices (pranayama), mindful movement within yoga poses (asana) and finishes with a deep relaxation to allow a deeper connection between body and mind.

Monday evening's - 7:30pm - (Ladies only)

Turn and Burn - Indoor Cycling

Get ready to ignite your fitness journey with “Turn and Burn” indoor cycling class! Designed to push your limits and torch calories, Turn and Burn is more than just a workout - it's an exciting class that will leave you feeling invigorated, accomplished, and sweaty!!

There is also a Turn & Burn - Baby! class where your non walking baby can join you.

Suitable for All Levels: Whether you're a seasoned cyclist or “spinner” or new to indoor cycling, Turn & Burn is designed to accommodate all fitness levels. You control the resistance, making it easy to tailor the workout to your own pace.

Various days - All classes are mixed

Purestretch - Core, Stretch and Flexibility

Perfect to work on your mobility and flexibility whilst improving your core strength. Purestretch involves stretch and core strengthening exercises incorporating aspects of Yoga and Pilates - with a bit of fun thrown in!

This is a gentle but very effective class and you don't need to be flexible to join - that's what the class is designed to help you with.

Tuesday's - 5:45pm - (Ladies only)

Saturday's - 12:45pm - (mixed)
