HIIT & Run
These outdoor sessions are designed for women to help build their fitness, core strength and muscular strength and endurance. Classes are suitable for all abilities from beginners to those who are further along with their fitness journey.
Classes are circuit style and use a variety of equipment including tyres, kettle bells, weights, skipping ropes, slam balls and bodyweight which keeps things interesting and varies the muscles that you use. There's also some fantastic music to help keep you motivated as you move around.
If you are worried about the weather on wet days we have a lovely barn to keep you dry.
A fun, stress busting, challenging, full body workout. (Don’t worry no class will involve sparring or hitting an opponent). Suitable for women of all ages and fitness levels. Each class involves a light warm up with a series of boxing drills and a run-through of skills. As the class progresses we will typically do a variety of activities including pad work, shadow boxing and conditioning exercises - increasing your muscular strength and endurance throughout the session.
All classes cost £30 for 5 or £55 for 10 and you can book into any class of your choice with no commitment to attend every week if you are not able to. Contact me if you would like to try a class for free to see if its for you.
Classes run on:
Monday evenings - 6:30pm - HIIT & Run - Ladies only
Friday morning - 9:15am - HIIT & Run - mixed class
