Sanctuary Restore is 80 minutes of time for you, built around an upper body hot stone massage, located in a quiet courtyard in the grounds of Breamore Estate, near Fordingbridge. An unhurried upper body hot stone massage to ease stress and restore calm. The pace is slow and relaxing, focusing entirely on your back, neck, shoulders, plus a head massage, all those areas where you carry the weight of daily life. After your treatment, you'll ease back into the world with a warming foot soak followed by heated booties while wrapped in a fluffy robe, sipping a hot drink with a chocolate treat. Perfect for when you need rest and relaxation. It's restorative and deeply relaxing, designed to settle your nervous system and help you feel grounded and renewed. It suits anyone who wants a shorter treatment rather than the full two and a half hours of the Sanctuary Experience, or who carries most of their tension in the back and shoulders. All products used are vegan and never tested on animals. Please note this treatment is not suitable during pregnancy.
