Service Description
Improve your running with Turn & Burn – Runners Edition! Using different training zones that mirror run training intensities, this specially curated class will improve your lactate threshold, build aerobic capacity and running fitness, develop glute and leg strength, and improve your VO2 max. This is also a great class to support a return to running from injury or time away. You control the resistance, making it easy to tailor the workout to your own fitness levels. Whether you are new to running or training for an ultra, your running will benefit from this class. Please arrive 5-10 mins early for your first class to allow time for your individual bike set up. If you arrive more than 5 mins late to this class then you will not be able to join in so please be on time. If you have cycling shoes with SPD cleats that fit an indoor cycling bike you are welcome to bring them, otherwise clean (i.e not muddy) trainers are fine. Maximum rider weight limit of 130kg.
