Turn & Burn Indoor Cycling - 45min class

Service Description

Our Turn and Burn 45-minute indoor cycling class delivers evidence-based, structured interval training designed to build strength, cardiovascular fitness and support positive changes in body composition. You control the resistance throughout, making it easy to tailor the workout to your current fitness level. Sessions remain effective, engaging and maintain our signature small-group feel. Please arrive 5–10 minutes early for your first class to allow time for individual bike setup. For safety reasons and to protect the flow of the session, we cannot allow entry more than five minutes after the class starts. Bikes have a maximum rider weight limit of 130 kg. If you use cycling shoes with SPD cleats suitable for indoor bikes, feel free to bring them; otherwise, clean trainers are perfectly fine.
