Turn & Burn Indoor Cycling - 45min class

Service Description

This is the 45min version of Turn & Burn. Supercharge your running with Turn & Burn! Using heart rate training zones, you'll boost your lactate threshold, build aerobic power, and improve your VO2 max - all translating directly to stronger running performance. Each session delivers structured sessions that mirror running training intensities, helping you improve your speed, endurance and become fitter. Its also really beneficial for working on body composition. You control the resistance, making it easy to tailor the workout to your own fitness levels. Please note bikes have a maximum rider weight limit of 130kg. Classes are small so book early to avoid disappointment. Please arrive 5 -10 mins early for your first class to allow time for your individual bike set up. Please note for this class if you arrive more than 5 mins late to this class then you will not be able to join in so please be on time. If you have cycling shoes with SPD cleats that fit an indoor cycling bike you are welcome to bring them, otherwise clean (i.e not muddy) trainers are fine.
