Service Description
Each session delivers structured intervals that challenge your cardiovascular system and help you improve speed, endurance, and body composition. You control the resistance, making it straightforward to tailor the workout to your current fitness level. Using heart rate training zones, you'll boost your lactate threshold, build aerobic power, and improve your VO2 max - whether you're training for a specific event or simply want to get fitter and stronger. Please note bikes have a maximum rider weight limit of 130kg. Classes are small so book early to avoid disappointment. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early for your first class to allow time for your individual bike setup. For this class, if you arrive more than 5 minutes late you will not be able to join in, so please be on time. If you have cycling shoes with SPD cleats that fit an indoor cycling bike you are welcome to bring them, otherwise clean (i.e not muddy) trainers are fine.
