Sweat & Condition - Runners Edition
Service Description
Sweat & Condition is a dynamic, full-body strength class at the Run Fit studio in Breamore, near Fordingbridge, designed with runners in mind. You don't need to be training for anything, this class works just as well if you simply want to feel stronger in daily life. This circuit-based session builds functional strength and improves overall fitness, whether you're working towards your first 5K, training for a marathon, or training for general strength and fitness. Working at your own pace, you'll: Build full-body strength that supports better running form and helps prevent injury Improve cardiovascular fitness and endurance Increase core stability and metabolic efficiency Develop overall muscle tone and functional movement Every session is coached and adaptable to your fitness level, in a supportive small-group environment.
