Service Description

Purestretch - Core, stretch and flexibility class with Sue. Perfect to work on your mobility and flexibility whilst improving your core strength. Purestretch involves stretch and core strengthening exercises incorporating aspects of Yoga and Pilates - with a bit of fun thrown in! You don't need to be flexible to join - that's what the class is designed to help you with. Saturday classes are mixed, Tuesday's - ladies only. Please note this classes are not suitable for pregnant ladies. Don't forget to bring your mat with you!

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations or booking modifications must be made online at least 24 hours before your pre-booked class in order to avoid being charged. If you fail to cancel 24 hours in advance, you will be charged 100% of the cost. I understand that emergencies do happen, so if you do have an emergency then I may on a one off basis not apply a charge. This only applies if I am notified of cancellation in good time prior to the session start time. Non-attendance without prior notification will be charged in full. Although the cancellation policy may seem strict, this is in place to benefit everyone as I have limited spaces available per class. Not showing up or a last minute cancellation will mean other ladies may miss out on an opportunity to join a class.
