Pilates - Intermediate
Service Description
Build on your foundation with this challenging yet very accessible Pilates class. This class is designed for those with some experience who want to develop deeper core strength, improve flexibility, and enhance body awareness through flowing sequences and precise movements. Expect to work on more complex exercises that challenge your core, stability, coordination, while maintaining proper form and alignment. This focused class may use Pilates equipment including bands, rings, blocks and weights to enhance your workout and take your strength and control to the next level. This class is suitable for those who have attended Purestretch classes previously, or have previous Pilates experience. Modifications provided to ensure everyone can work at their appropriate level. Maximum of 6 in each class to ensure individual attention and coaching throughout your session. Please note: This class is not suitable for pregnant ladies.
