Service Description

Are you ready to kick start your fitness? Would you like to get fitter, stronger and healthier ? HIIT classes are suitable for all fitness levels and although the pace can be fast as they are circuit based you can work at your own pace and to your ability levels with lower impact options always available. Each class is different and uses a variety of equipment which can include, slam balls, kettlebells, spin bikes, weights, body weight and bands for a full body work out to challenge your strength and fitness. These classes are designed to get you moving! Classes run on; Monday evening 4pm & 5:15pm - Mixed classes, 6:30pm- ladies only Friday morning -8am & 9:15am - Mixed classes If it's your first class then I suggest you arrive 10mins before the start time and if you need directions then please ask. Please bring a drink and a small hand/gym towel with you as you are likely to get hot and sweaty. If you would like to try a class first of all then you can also buy a taster class at the checkout.

Cancellation Policy

Thank you for your booking. By booking a class you are confirming that you are fit and well to participate in your chosen class. Your welfare is very important so you must disclose any health conditions, injuries, or concerns to me that may affect your ability to participate in class or any of the activities we will be doing. If there is something that you need to disclose then please arrive a few minutes early and we can have a confidential chat in my office or contact me prior to making your class booking. All cancellations or booking modifications must be made online at least 24 hours before your pre-booked class to avoid being charged. If you fail to cancel 24 hours in advance, you will be charged 100% of the cost. Although the cancellation policy may seem strict, this is in place to benefit everyone as I have limited spaces available per class. Not showing up or a last-minute cancellation may mean that someone else may miss out on an opportunity to join a class. To modify your booking please log into your account by visiting the Run Fit Fordingbridge website. You log in will be your email address. Should you arrive more than 5 minutes late to class (especially for turn and burn) then I may not allow you to join the class as you might have missed a significant part of the warmup.
