Service Description

This is your classic, HIIT class but designed for women — and it delivers. Short bursts of work at 80–95% effort, paired with true recovery periods in between, so you can hit each interval with real intensity. You'll push through dynamic combinations of body weight moves, weighted exercises, and higher-impact options, all designed to challenge your cardiovascular fitness and keep your body adapting — giving you the stimulus your body needs to improve heart health, preserve lean muscle, and boost your metabolic fitness, without spending hours in the gym. Grounded in the science of women's physiology and Dr. Stacy Sims' research, this class is designed to work with your body, not against it. Every exercise has options, so whether you're pushing hard or dialing it back, you'll get an effective workout at your level.
