Service Description

Experience a dynamic, high-intensity workout that challenges your entire body. Each session offers a unique focus, delivering rapid results in cardiovascular endurance, muscle tone, and overall physical performance. Push your limits, improve your body composition, and achieve your fitness goals in this ever-changing, results-driven workout. Classes run on; Monday evening 4pm & 5:15pm - Mixed classes, 6:30pm- ladies only Friday morning -8am & 9:15am - Mixed classes If it's your first class then I suggest you arrive 10mins before the start time and if you need directions then please ask. Please bring a drink and a small hand/gym towel with you as you are likely to get hot and sweaty. If you would like to try a class first of all then you can also buy a taster class at the checkout.
