Breathwork, meditation, gentle yoga postures and deep relaxation to help you manage stress and give your body and mind the recovery it needs. With just 6 places per session, you'll get individual attention in the small group environment you love. Whether you're managing stress, recovering from training, or simply need time to pause and reset, this class offers what your mind and body needs. You'll leave feeling grounded and calmer, with practical tools you can use in your daily life. Suitable for all fitness levels. No previous yoga experience necessary Please bring a mat, pillow , warm socks and blanket with you for the relaxation at the end.
