Service Description
Perfect for: Complete beginners to indoor cycling, those returning to exercise, anyone wanting low-impact training while learning proper bike setup and technique A supportive 6-week program (1 session per week) designed for anyone new to indoor cycling, returning after a break, or lacking confidence on the bike. Build cardiovascular fitness and leg strength through low-impact training that's gentle on hips and knees in a progressive small-group setting (maximum 5 people). Over 6 weeks, you'll receive coaching through proper bike setup, cycling fundamentals, and technique progression. Weeks 1-3 focus on mastering the basics in semi-private sessions. Week 4 brings your first regular class experience to consolidate your skills. Week 5 returns to semi-private coaching to learn standing cycling technique. Week 6 is your graduation - joining a regular class where you'll confidently practice everything you've learned. (For the regular classes you can choose from Tuesday morning at 8am or Wednesday evening at 6:45pm) By the end of the program, you will have built cardiovascular fitness, leg strength, improved your cycling technique, and developed the confidence to make indoor cycling a regular part of your lifestyle in our supportive community. Session dates - 1.5th Feb - 7:10pm - 7:45pm 2. 12th Feb - 7:10pm - 7:45pm 3. 19th Feb - 7:10pm - 7:45pm 4. Either the 24th Feb 8am or 25th Feb at 6:45pm 5. 5th March - 7:10pm - 7:45pm 6. Either the 10th March -8am or 11th March at 6:45pm
