Build strength, learn proper form, and develop sustainable habits in an ultra-small group setting (maximum 4 women). Includes 5 semi-private coaching sessions plus 1 regular class experience, with basic nutrition guidance to fuel your new routine. Progress from beginner to confident in our welcoming community.

Establish Your Routine

A focused 6-week program for women already active but ready to commit to consistent training. Whether you're currently doing home workouts or occasional classes, KickStart helps you establish a structured routine and take your fitness to the next level. 5 Semi private coaching sessions (maximum 4 women) plus 1 regular class experience, with nutrition guidance for active lifestyles. Build on your existing foundation to create lasting fitness habits.
