Sports massage helps keep it working well — easing muscle tension, improving mobility, and supporting recovery so you can train consistently and stay injury-free. Using soft tissue release, trigger point therapy, and muscle energy techniques, each session is tailored to where you are in your training and what your body needs. Hot stones can be incorporated where appropriate to deepen the therapeutic effect. New clients book a dedicated first appointment, which includes a personalised assessment and the start of a treatment plan built around your training and goals. Based in Breamore, near Fordingbridge.
