A supportive 6-week program designed for women new to fitness, returning after a break, or lacking confidence with weights and technique. Build strength, learn proper form, and develop sustainable habits in an ultra-small group setting (maximum 4 women). Includes 5 semi-private coaching sessions plus 1 regular class experience, with basic nutrition guidance to fuel your new routine. Progress from beginner to confident in our welcoming community. Perfect for: Complete beginners, those returning to exercise, anyone wanting to learn proper technique
