Service Description

Yoga not only breaks down tension to improve muscle strength and flexibility but also increases self-awareness and builds resilience by improving our overall physical and mental health and well being. If you are also a runner you will find these classes an excellent addition to your running life. About the classes You don’t have to be ‘flexible’ or ‘good’ at Yoga to join the class – Yoga is accessible to all - if you can breathe, you can practice yoga! These classes will include breath-work practices (pranayama), mindful movement within yoga poses (asana) and finishes with a deep relaxation to allow a deeper connection between body and mind. All you need to bring to the class is a yoga mat and a blanket for the relaxation afterwards. Booking is essential as classes are small. Currently classes run on Mondays at 7:30pm (Ladies only) About Helen. Helen has practised yoga for over 25 years and qualified as an Independent Yoga Network registered yoga teacher (200 hour) in 2018. She teaches a traditional style of Hatha Yoga and yoga philosophy.

Cancellation Policy

Thank you for your booking. By booking a class you are confirming that you are fit and well to participate in your chosen class. Your welfare is very important so you must disclose any health conditions, injuries, or concerns to me that may affect your ability to participate in class or any of the activities we will be doing. If there is something that you need to disclose then please arrive a few minutes early and we can have a confidential chat in my office or contact me prior to making your class booking. All cancellations or booking modifications must be made online at least 24 hours before your pre-booked class to avoid being charged. If you fail to cancel 24 hours in advance, you will be charged 100% of the cost. Although the cancellation policy may seem strict, this is in place to benefit everyone as I have limited spaces available per class. Not showing up or a last-minute cancellation may mean that someone else may miss out on an opportunity to join a class. To modify your booking please log into your account by visiting the Run Fit Fordingbridge website. You log in will be your email address. Should you arrive more than 5 minutes late to class (especially for turn and burn) then I may not allow you to join the class as you might have missed a significant part of the warmup.
