Women's Running & Walking to Fitness

Believe it or not but running can be fun. It doesn’t have to be about running races, huge distances, or being super-fast.

You may never have run before or have started and then given up but it’s never too late to lace up your trainers and learn to run for fitness. As someone who never did any sport as a child, I really can say that with the right encouragement and support you can do it. It is fun and there are great benefits for your physical and emotional well-being. Not forgetting that you will meet some fabulous people along the way.

Women’s weekly social run outs and walking to fitness groups

Run Fit Fordingbridge walking and run groups are small and friendly, designed to be encouraging and inclusive to all abilities and you will get the support and you need whilst having the chance to chat and make new friends. Many ladies worry that they will be the slowest or aren’t fit enough or want to wait until they shed a few extra pounds, but we all need to start somewhere. The key is to start.

Speed is not important and no-one is ever left behind - with group runs to suit everyone from walking, run/walk groups through to 20K group runs.

Women’s running courses - beginners and beyond

In addition to social group runs and walking to fitness groups I also offer a number of running courses throughout the year from beginners all the way through to 1/2 marathon.
