Believe it or not but running can be fun. It doesn’t have to be about running races, huge distances, or being super-fast.

You may never have run before or have started and then given up but it’s never too late to lace up your trainers and learn to run for fitness. As someone who didn't do any physical activity until their 40's, I really can say that with the right encouragement and support you can do it. It is fun and there are great benefits for your physical and emotional well-being. Not forgetting that you will meet some fabulous people along the way.

Women’s Running Courses

I also offer a number of running training courses throughout the year from absolute beginners all the way through to marathon. Course group sizes are small and friendly, designed to be encouraging and inclusive to all running paces and you will get the support you need from a qualified and experienced run coach whilst having the chance to chat, make new friends and have an enjoyable time.
