Believe it or not but running can be fun. It doesn’t have to be about running races, huge distances, or being super-fast.

You may never have run before or have started and then given up but it’s never too late to lace up your trainers and learn to run for fitness. As someone who didn't do any physical activity until their 40's, I really can say that with the right encouragement and support you can do it. It is fun and there are great benefits for your physical and emotional well-being. Not forgetting that you will meet some fabulous people along the way.

Women’s Weekly Social Run Groups -All distances

Run Fit Fordingbridge social run groups are small and friendly, designed to be encouraging and inclusive to all abilities and you will get the support you need from a qualified and experienced run coach whilst having the chance to chat, make new friends and have an enjoyable time.

Many ladies worry that they will be the slowest or aren’t fit enough or want to wait until they shed a few extra pounds, but we all need to start somewhere - the key is just to start.  There's groups to suit everyone from run/walk groups, 5K through to 20K group runs - speed is not important and no-one is ever left behind and there is no requirement to come every week.

If you are a new, taster runs are available so you can see if its something you might enjoy. Simply buy your tasters then book into the runs that suit you.
