Service Description

Get ready to ignite your fitness journey with “Turn and Burn” indoor cycling class! Designed to push your limits and torch calories, Turn and Burn is more than just a workout - it's a cycling experience that will leave you feeling invigorated, accomplished, and sweaty!! Suitable for All Levels: Whether you're a seasoned cyclist or “spinner” or new to indoor cycling, Turn & Burn is designed to accommodate all fitness levels. You control the resistance, making it easy to tailor the workout to your own pace. Please note bikes have a maximum rider weight limit of 130kg. Classes are small so book early to avoid disappointment. Please arrive 5 -10 mins early for your first class to allow time for your individual bike set up. Please note for this class if you arrive more than 5 mins late to this class then you will not be able to join in so please be on time. If you have cycling shoes with SPD cleats that fit an indoor cycling bike you are welcome to bring them, otherwise clean (i.e not muddy) trainers are fine. Classes run Tuesdays 8am, Wednesday's at 4:30pm and most Saturday's at 10:30am & 11:30am (all mixed classes). Please check on the book button for latest availability.

Cancellation Policy

Thank you for your booking. By booking a class you are confirming that you are fit and well to participate in your chosen class. Your welfare is very important so you must disclose any health conditions, injuries, or concerns to me that may affect your ability to participate in class or any of the activities we will be doing. If there is something that you need to disclose then please arrive a few minutes early and we can have a confidential chat in my office or contact me prior to making your class booking. All cancellations or booking modifications must be made online at least 24 hours before your pre-booked class to avoid being charged. If you fail to cancel 24 hours in advance, you will be charged 100% of the cost. Although the cancellation policy may seem strict, this is in place to benefit everyone as I have limited spaces available per class. Not showing up or a last-minute cancellation may mean that someone else may miss out on an opportunity to join a class. To modify your booking please log into your account by visiting the Run Fit Fordingbridge website. You log in will be your email address. Should you arrive more than 5 minutes late to class (especially for turn and burn) then I may not allow you to join the class as you might have missed a significant part of the warmup.
