Service Description

Sweat & Condition provides a dynamic, full-body workout designed to improve strength, muscle condition, and metabolic health. Using a circuit-based format, this metabolic conditioning (met con) class allows you to work at your own pace, making it suitable for all fitness levels. Whether you're just starting your fitness journey or looking to challenge yourself further, you'll find the right level of intensity here. This class will; • Help you to build functional strength without excessive bulk • Improve your cardiovascular endurance • Enhance your metabolic efficiency All classes are mixed except for Wednesday evenings which is Ladies only.
