Tuesday's - 9:45am & 11am (mixed class) Wednesday's - 5:45pm (ladies only)
This class provides a total body workout to build strength and improve muscle condition without building bulk. It combines bodyweight and weighted strength exercises which target all muscles. This is a circuit based class where you go at your own pace which makes it suitable for all fitness levels. If you are runner it will also compliment your training. You may get hot and sweaty during class so please bring a drink with you and a small gym/hand towel. Tuesday mornings 11am - 11:45am - Mixed class Wednesday evening - 5:45pm - 6:30pm - Ladies only

All cancellations or booking modifications must be made online at least 24 hours before your pre-booked class in order to avoid being charged. If you fail to cancel 24 hours in advance, you will be charged 100% of the cost. I understand that emergencies do happen, so if you do have an emergency then I may on a one off basis not apply a charge. This only applies if I am notified of cancellation in good time prior to the session start time. Non-attendance without prior notification will be charged in full. Although the cancellation policy may seem strict, this is in place to benefit everyone as I have limited spaces available per class. Not showing up or a last minute cancellation will mean other ladies may miss out on an opportunity to join a class.
