New Client - 1hr Massage

Service Description

Please book this appointment if you are a new client as it includes an additional 15 minutes of time to go through new client assessment and paperwork. There is no additional charge for this but this ensures that your appointment length allows for this. If you like the idea of a regular monthly massage then you can also buy a monthly massage plan/subscription. This costs £35 each month and entitles you to a 1hr massage each month. Please select the plan option at the checkout when booking if you would like to do this.

Cancellation Policy

Thank you for your booking. By booking a massage appointment you are confirming that you are fit and well to have a massage and have not been advised against having a massage by a medical professional. Your welfare is important so you must disclose any health conditions or concerns to me that may affect your ability to receive a safe and effective massage at the time. Having a massage is not a substitute for medical advice from a qualified professional. All payments are non-refundable. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your massage appointment then you can do this online up until 24hour beforehand by logging into your account. After this time a 100% charge will be made. To log into your account visit the Run Fit Fordingbridge website. Should you arrive late for your appointment then your appointment will not run past your original scheduled appointment time, and no refunds will be given for “lost massage time” due to your late arrival. Equally should you arrive early for your appointment then please be aware you may not be able to be seen until your allotted appointment time. If I can see you ahead of your scheduled appointment time your appointment length will remain the same as that you have booked.
