Ladies Beginners Running Course
A coached running course designed to get you running continuously at a pace you can sustain.
Do you want to start running? Have you tried couch to 5k and found it difficult? Perhaps you used to run but not for a long time and want to start again? If so, this ladies coached beginners running course is the one for you. This course is designed to get you running continuously at a pace you can sustain. It will be fun (yes really), informative, encouraging and supportive where no one is ever left behind. As well as the weekly coached session for 6 weeks with me you will also have 2 sessions of homework to do on your own. Then 2 run/walk group sessions at the end so you can practice your skills. You will also be able to join a dedicated online course forum with your fellow course members hosted by me (your course leader) where you can ask questions and get extra support between sessions. This course includes; 6 course group coached sessions 2 sessions of homework for you to do each week. 2 run/walk group sessions at the end of your course. Dedicated closed online group access. Please note that all payments are non refundable. Courses - an alternative course/date will be offered provided notification is received at least 7 days before the start date. No part refunds (or alternative sessions) will be given for sessions/classes you have not attended that form part of a course. Run groups and courses operate in almost all weather so please take this into account when choosing your clothing.
