Ladies 1/2 Marathon Training Course

This coached running course will get you 1/2 marathon ready for 2024.


Service Description

This course provides you with comprehensive 6-week training, consisting of six led group run sessions for your long runs and two runs per week to be completed on your own. Additionally, you'll receive valuable nutritional advice for training and race day, along with event preparation hints and tips. Plus, you'll gain access to an exclusive online community group where you can connect with other course members, ask questions, and access additional resources. Whether you're aiming for your first 1/2 marathon, looking to improve your performance, or are aiming to move on to a marathon distance this course is the perfect springboard for success This coached 1/2 marathon training short course is suitable for you if you can already confidently run 10k, and can complete the distance in a maximum time of 75mins. The group runs will not be fast but training for a 1/2 marathon in 6 weeks is challenging and whilst you will get everything you need to be successful on the course, this maximum time 10K time is to make sure that you have a good baseline running fitness at the start of the course. Other important information - Please read: We will be running the 1/2 marathon distance on the final group run on the 6th June. Should you not be able to make this session ( or any of the other group runs) no alternative date is/are available. The group runs will be trail based unless conditions underfoot are unsuitable. Minimum course numbers are 6. Should the course not reach this number then you will either be offered an alternative date or a refund. IF YOU HAVE AN ACTIVE 4 RUN PASS YOU ARE ENTITLED TO A 5% DISCOUNT ON THIS COURSE. IF YOU HAVE AN ACTIVE ALL RUN PASS YOU ARE ENTITLED TO A 10% DISCOUNT ON THIS COURSE. Cancellation Policy

Please note that all payments are non refundable but an alternative course/date will be offered provided notification is received at least 7 days before the start date. No part refunds (or alternative sessions) will be given for sessions/classes you have not attended that form part of a course. Run groups and courses operate in almost all weather so please take this into account when choosing your clothing.
