Bespoke 12 Week Run Training Plan
Bespoke training plan for up to 12 weeks for you to do on your own.
Are you training for an event on your own? Rather than getting a generic training plan from the internet, how about your own bespoke plan based on your abilities and goals which takes into account your preferences and needs? Following an initial discussion via Zoom (or in person if you are local) we will agree your timelines and then I will then put your 12 week plan together. Please note the purchase of 12 week training plans does not include any ongoing support during the period of the plan, but does include a catch up a halfway through training plan via telephone or zoom with any small adjustments that need making to your plan. All payments are non refundable. All cancellations must be made online at least 24 hours before your pre-booked appointment in order to avoid being charged. If you fail to cancel 24 hours in advance, you will be charged 100% of the cost. I understand that emergencies do happen, so if you do have an emergency then I may on a one off basis not apply a charge. This only applies if I am notified of cancellation in good time prior to your appointment start time. Non-attendance without prior notification will be charged in full.
