Service Description
Are you training for an event on your own? Rather than getting a generic training plan from the internet, how about your own bespoke plan based on your abilities and goals which takes into account your preferences and needs? Following an initial discussion via Zoom (or in person if you are local) we will agree your timelines and then I will then put your 12 week plan together. Please note the purchase of 12 week training plans does not include any ongoing support during the period of the plan, but does include a catch up a halfway through training plan via telephone or zoom with any small adjustments that need making to your plan.
