Service Description

Running has the power to transform how you see yourself and what you believe is possible. If you're thinking about starting your running journey, or returning after a break, my 8-week women's beginners running course starting Saturday 8th February is designed for you. Limited to just 12 participants, this small-group course ensures you receive personalized coaching and attention. Each Saturday at 2:30pm, we'll meet for coached sessions that begin with proper warm-up activities, and for the first few weeks will involve a mixture of walking, gentle jogging and some fun activities. I'll guide you through correct running technique and form from the start, helping you build a strong foundation that helps prevents common running injuries. Many women worry that they will be the slowest or aren't fit enough, or want to wait until they shed a few extra pounds, but we all need to start somewhere. The key is to start. All you need is a comfortable pair of trainers, a decent bra and comfortable clothing that you can move in. Lycra is optional! The course consists of: - 8-week beginners running course - 7 small group coached sessions with me - 2 sessions of homework to do for yourself each week - Access to a dedicated closed online course group full of hints and tips to support you along the way Sessions will take place each week on a Saturday afternoon at 2:30pm, starting with Saturday 8th February. Please note there will not be a formal coached session on Saturday 1st March.
