Service Description
Bring your non walking baby with you. Sit them in their carrier in front of your bike. Mixed class - (Mum's must have had their 6 week check/sign off by their medical/midwifery team before joining). Embark on your fitness journey with my"Turn and Burn" indoor cycling class! Whether you're just starting out, returning to fitness after a break, or looking to push your limits, this class is for you. You'll leave feeling invigorated, accomplished, and yes, a bit sweaty! Remember, it's not about being the fittest in the room - it's about showing up and giving it your all. At Run Fit Fordingbridge, I believe in creating an inclusive environment for all ages, body types, and fitness levels. "Turn and Burn" offers a supportive community where every rider is encouraged to achieve their personal goals. You control the resistance, making it easy to tailor the workout to your own pace. Please note bikes have a maximum rider weight limit of 130kg. Classes are small so book early to avoid disappointment. Please arrive 5 -10 mins early for your first class to allow time for your individual bike set up. Please note for this class if you arrive more than 5 mins late to this class then you will not be able to join in so please be on time. If you have cycling shoes with SPD cleats that fit an indoor cycling bike you are welcome to bring them, otherwise clean (i.e not muddy) trainers are fine. Classes start on Friday 13th September - 10:30am
