Pilates

New class! Starting January 2024 Saturday's 12:45pm


Service Description

Pilates is designed to help you strengthen key muscle groups, especially the core, while simultaneously improving flexibility and mobility, all achieved through a focus on controlled movements. Leading these Pilates sessions will be Vicki, a seasoned fitness instructor, personal trainer, and Pilates instructor, with an enduring commitment to staying fit and active. Vicki's passion for activities like running, cycling, walking, and various fitness classes has fueled her dedication to assisting others in achieving and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. She is committed to delivering top-notch instruction in her classes, ensuring they are not only beneficial but also enjoyable and fun—aligning perfectly with the ethos of everything we do at Run Fit Fordingbridge. Classes start Saturday 6th January 2024 - 12:45pm. Don't forget to bring your mat with you. These classes are mixed so ladies and gents are welcome.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations or booking modifications must be made online at least 24 hours before your pre-booked class in order to avoid being charged. If you fail to cancel 24 hours in advance, you will be charged 100% of the cost. I understand that emergencies do happen, so if you do have an emergency then I may on a one off basis not apply a charge. This only applies if I am notified of cancellation in good time prior to the session start time. Non-attendance without prior notification will be charged in full. Although the cancellation policy may seem strict, this is in place to benefit everyone as I have limited spaces available per class. Not showing up or a last minute cancellation will mean other ladies may miss out on an opportunity to join a class.
