Long Training Runs with Sue


Service Description

Join me for long-distance training runs around the beautiful New Forest and local trails. These small group training runs are designed to help you build endurance while enjoying the company of fellow runners. Distances will be specified for each date (see below) and we'll maintain an easy, conversational pace suitable for endurance training - please ensure you're comfortable with the planned distance before booking. These sessions are only bookable for monthly studio members and run coaching clients as part of my ongoing support. Sessions will take place on an adhoc basis over the winter, so please check for new dates regularly Required Equipment These runs will take place (conditions permitting) in rural trail locations where facilities and amenities are limited. All runners must be self-sufficient and properly equipped for the conditions and distance. You must bring with you: - Hydration and nutrition suitable for the specified distance, fully charged mobile phone, Emergency foil blanket, additional layer (e.g., rain jacket) to carry, any personal medication (such as inhalers), suitable trail running footwear Upcoming dates and meeting points; Sunday 9th February - 8:30am - Roughly 20K - Beach run. Meeting point - 8:30am - Run Fit Fordingbridge studio and we can travel in 1 car. Or if you want to meet meet at the location let me know. Sunday 23rd March - 8:30am - Location TBC
