Ladies 7 week 5K to 10k training course

Reached 5K and want to do more? Have you tried to increase your distance on your own but found it tough and given up? Perhaps you have run 10K before and want to get back up to that distance and for it to feel more comfortable. This 7 week coached course will take you from 5k to completing a 10k “graduation run” on the final week. Each week there will be - 1 x group run (led by a Qualified England Athletics Run Coach), and 2 homework run sessions for you to do on your own during the week. You will also receive access to an exclusive online community group for course members for the duration of your course where you will find lots of information and be able to ask questions and also chat with other course members. This course is suitable for you if you can run 5K continuously - whatever your speed. Group runs will take part in and around Fordingbridge and Godshill the New Forest and will be a mixture of pavements, trails and quiet roads. The starting point of the group run will change each week but will be nearby and you will be advised of this nearer the time. One of the course runs is in an evening so you will need a head torch/chest torch and an element of reflective clothing so that you can see and be seen.

Appointments & 1:1 sessions - Should you need to cancel an alternative date will be offered provided at no charge provided this is more than 24 hours before the appointment/session is due to take place. Should you test positive for COVID please do not attend your appointment and let me know so that we can reschedule. Courses - an alternative course/date will be offered provided notification is received at least 7 days before the start date. No part refunds will be given for sessions not attended that form part of a course. Running groups/ HIIT & Run - Should you need to cancel a group/class then an alternative date may be offered provided the cancellation is received more than 24hours before the start. Should you test positive for COVID please do not attend the class - let me know so that I can move your booking. Groups and classes operate in almost all weather so please take this into account when choosing your clothing. For evening runs you must wear a head torch or a chest light and some element of reflective clothing during the runs. (E.g a reflective vest, jacket or rear light).
