Are you ready to kick start your fitness? Would you like to get fitter, stronger and healthier but don’t fancy a gym? Would you like to find classes that compliment your running? Why not spend more time outdoors, improve your fitness and get into a fitness regime that you can maintain whilst working out with like-minded people? HIIT and run outdoor fitness classes are suitable for all fitness levels and although the pace can be fast as they are circuit based you can work at your own pace and to your ability levels with lower impact options always available. Each class is different and uses a variety of equipment which can include tyres, slam balls, kettlebells, weights, body weight and bands for a full body work out to challenge your strength and fitness. These classes are designed to get you moving! Classes run on; Monday evenings ( 2 classes - ladies only) Friday mornings (Mixed). Venue - The Old Dairy, Tenantry Farm, Rockbourne, SP6 3PB Please note that classes run in all weathers, but we will move into a covered barn area if weather is poor. If we do I can’t guarantee that you won’t get a bit dusty or damp so please take this into account when choosing your clothing. If it's your first class then I suggest you arrive 10mins before the start time and if you need directions then please get in touch. You can buy for 5 (£30) or 10 (£55) classes at a time so you can then book into classes on dates that suit you via the book online button. Prepaid classes are also valid for booking into Boxercise classes. Please note that all payments are non refundable. Appointments & 1:1 sessions - Should you need to cancel an alternative date will be offered provided at no charge provided this is more than 24 hours before the appointment/session is due to take place. Should you test positive for COVID please do not attend your appointment and let me know so that we can reschedule. Courses - an alternative course/date will be offered provided notification is received at least 7 days before the start date. No part refunds will be given for sessions not attended that form part of a course. Running groups/ HIIT & Run - Should you need to cancel a group/class then an alternative date may be offered provided the cancellation is received more than 24hours before the start. Should you test positive for COVID please do not attend the class - let me know so that I can move your booking. Groups and classes operate in almost all weather so please take this into account when choosing your clothing. For evening runs you must wear a head torch or a chest light and some element of reflective clothing during the runs. (E.g a reflective vest, jacket or rear light).
