Service Description

This Boxercise metabolic conditioning class is designed for women of all ages and fitness levels. The workout follows an interval format where you will do boxing on a free-standing punch bag and varied exercises (bodyweight, weighted, and/or cardio ) The combination of punching techniques and diverse exercises ensures a full-body workout that burns calories, improves endurance, overall conditioning and relieves stress. Whether you're a beginner or experienced, this class offers a fun, challenging, and empowering fitness experience. Gloves and liner gloves will be available for use during the class but if you have your own already then you are welcome to bring them. You will get hot and sweaty in class so please bring a drink with you and a small hand/gym towel. Wednesday evenings - 7pm
