Service Description

If you are a new client please book a new client appointment instead so that your appointment time is the correct length, otherwise your appointment may need to be rescheduled.

Cancellation Policy

All payments are non refundable. All cancellations must be made online at least 24 hours before your pre-booked appointment in order to avoid being charged. If you fail to cancel 24 hours in advance, you will be charged 100% of the cost. I understand that emergencies do happen, so if you do have an emergency then I may on a one off basis not apply a charge. This only applies if I am notified of cancellation in good time prior to your appointment start time. Non-attendance without prior notification will be charged in full.
